Being gluten intolerant is not the end of the world... unless you don't want to accept it.

You don't have to stop eating bread, pasta, cake, cookies and other baked goods, ONLY if you don't know how to do it without wheat.

This has been my long journey in preparing meals for my entire gluten intolerant family with extra allergies added to the list of problems.

Personally, the alternatives taste much better and are way more healthier.

But, the proof is in the pudding...
